1. Reporting Damaged Items

We strictly enforce a 24-hour reporting window from the time of delivery. Any claims for damages, leakage, or missing items must be supported by high-resolution photographs and an unboxing video to maintain wholesale integrity.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, untampered, and in their original bulk packaging. Products with broken seals or modified wholesale barcodes will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Customized orders or private label production runs.
  • Products purchased under "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" events.
  • Seasonal inventory that has exceeded its market window.

5. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs unless the return is a result of our warehouse's logistical error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for bulk returns.
